His job goal is to continue the ongoing life process of gaining knowledge to master his skills and enhance his performance with every experience. He is a true believer that knowledge is a two-way road. Hence, he always seeks to pass on knowledge and learn from others.
Luis brings StrataCore over 12 years of experience in customer service and sales, a strong background as a trainer, and impressive Excel skills. He is determined and organized and looks forward to always becoming an asset to the team.
In his spare time, he is passionate about learning new skills and languages, speaking English and Spanish fluently, with French and Portuguese as Work-In-Progress. Also, he is highly active and enjoys working out at the gym and outdoors.
