Irene Castro

As StrataCore’s Client Project Manager, Irene is responsible for mentoring our Client Project Coordinators as well as providing administrative support and leading other projects related to the success of our large enterprise clients.

Before joining StrataCore, Irene worked as an Account Supervisor with outsourced customer service companies such as MetLife, Guardian, & Capital One focusing on developing strategies, solutions, initiatives to ensure success in KPIs. What she most enjoys about her position is driving her team to success by playing a key role in developing competencies & skills with the latest developments in this continually evolving industry.
