As a Client Project Coordinator ll, Carlos is responsible for providing project management and administrative support to the sales department by quoting, managing provider deliverables, proposal generation, partner with the sales team on complex opportunities to offer backup and support.
Before becoming part of the StrataCore team, Carlos worked as a Team Manager for the contact center industry. He likes to spend time with his family during his free time and enjoys being up to date with the tech industry.
Carlos has an MBA in Marketing and BA in Business Administration. He considers himself detail-oriented and has a keen eye to understand the clients’ needs, which allows him to be successful in his role and a key player for the business.
