Andrea is a StrataCore’s Client Project Coordinator. In addition to quoting and managing sales follow-ups, she’s responsible for supporting client projects that contribute to our business success.
Before joining StrataCore, she worked as an Account Supervisor & Team Lead with outsourced customer service companies such as AT&T, Expedia, Hotels & Cigna. She contributed to creating healthy client relationships. She was also responsible for developing strategies for KPIs compliance and being accountable for overcoming challenges and opportunities during operational processes.
During her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, watch movies and do outdoor activities.
