Adela is a Client Project Coordinator for the Centralized Team, a role in which she supports the Sales department in the order submission process of an actual sale. She also assists in other project management and administrative tasks for the sales team’s success.
Before joining StrataCore, she worked in the call center industry for about ten years in different areas, such as Provisioning Dispatcher, Collections Specialist, Quality Auditor, and Customer Services Analyst Team Lead. She has the go-to attitude since she’s always looking for ways to improve and become an expert in her area.
She’s passionate about living in an organized, well-balanced, and clean environment, so she enjoys spending her free time doing DIY home décor projects andwatching movies with her husband and 4-year-old daughter.
