According to a Savvis report, by the year 2018, approximately 70% of IT infrastructure is expected to be outsourced. Even though the current percentage of in-house infrastructure sits at 65%, the report suggests that organizations are tending to prefer the benefits of outsourcing. A reduction in costs and increase in services show to be the driving sources for this trend.
