Ethernet, which is often at the core of datacenter connectivity, has undergone constant innovation. Initially, Ethernet was developed to link printers and other simple devices across local area networks (LAN). It now supports more advanced roles within state of the art data centers. We are seeing a growth in the use of Ethernet to accommodate the increased bandwidth demands of today’s datacenters.
